We picked a beautiful paper treat fresh from the garden, just for you. Try a taste of the "Fresh Strawberry Box"
This week's inspiration came from the grocery store. As usual I'm always drawn to the beautiful displays of fresh strawberries in the produce section this time of year. I couldn't resist bringing home a couple big containers.
This years crop are really sweet, perfect for a healthy snack. The rest I froze on a cookie sheet several hours, then added them them to a zip lock bag in the freezer. We'll use them in our smoothies for the mornings.
I'm displaying my "Fresh Paper Strawberry" in my kitchen. No need to freeze. I know it will stay fresh all through summer.
