Both bunny and chick boxes are put together the same way. The bunny was used for this tutorial to show how the base box is assembled. You would follow these instructions for the chick also.




Cut the box from blue cardstock. Okay, you don't have to use blue. White would be okay. But blue shows up a lot better when you're doing an assembly tutorial, just in case you were wondering.

Fold all your score lines up toward the middle. Start gluing the tabs to the large side panels as shown below.



Keep gluing until all four sets of tabs are attached



With front and back panels attached to sides, you have formed the basic box. You are now ready to embellish with included elements for either the chick or bunny.
