| Spider web treat bag, web shaped Halloween card with creepy crawly spider and an 8 sided gift box with spider and web lid. This tutorial is for the Treat Bag shown in lower left of the photo above. |

| Cut out the base box pattern. |

| Fold score lines on piece that is going to form your bag. |
 |
| Using one side at a time, glue the tabs along edge one at a time onto octagon as shown above. |
 |
| Do the same with the other octagon. |
 |
| Once the other side is dried, embellish as desired with included spooky die cut elements and fill with goodies. |
